You might also benefit from treatment with Invisalign if there’s an underlying issue with your bite such as a crossbite, an overbite, or an underbite.

Invisalign treatment begins with a review of your dental health history, an oral exam, and a series of oral X-rays. If your provider determines you’re a candidate for orthodontics, they take digital impressions of your mouth with an intraoral scanner. 

Your provider uploads your scans to a computer-aided design program and develops a custom Invisalign treatment plan. After explaining the orthodontic treatment process and answering your questions, your provider sends your scans to an Invisalign laboratory.

A team at the Invisalign laboratory uses your scans to manufacture your first set of custom orthodontic appliances. When they’re ready, you visit Dr. Aaronson & Associates and try them on.

During orthodontic treatment, you visit Dr. Aaronson & Associates every few weeks. At each visit, you transition to a new set of Invisalign aligners that place slightly different pressure on your teeth.
